good morning:D

Wow the sun has come out to play, so I'm going to put the washing out and get some more going.
I also want to get some baking done, had a fair few visitors in the last week, so all the tins are empty:rolleyes: Wonder if I can manage to make the twinks perfect again.

mrs mix hope you feel better soon. That's quite a feat, getting a doctor to come out to you. Sorry you're poorly enough to need it though.

Morning all
it's a sort of day off for me today - I have had to get up at the crack of dawn to take dd to her induction day at her new in september school.
:eek: :eek: at the uniform -the shirt is pink so no Asda specials from now on, you can only buy the uniform from school TODAY, no second hand shop, and they don't take cards so I will have to go back this afternoon with shedloads of cash - shirt is £11, sweater £15 and tie is £4. I will buy three shirts, two sweaters and one tie and dd can replace them if she loses any - last year she went through at least a dozen shirts and half a dozen jumpers. i've also had to buy a new tyre and inner for bikey as it looks like some herbert slashed mine.

I know that I have missed loads of you out. Sorry. Please don't be offended. Its stupidity you see.:o
Well this afternoon we are off to yet another vets. Will add as an edit as really don't want to lose this. So far so good(am adding this as an edit) We are taking Phoebe to a new very highly reccommended vet. So we will see what happens. Its not that we are in denial- we KNOW its probably very serious. BUT just want the vet to listen to what we say and give some credence to our words. I have had cats all my life and done a lot of rescues so am not stupid. I feel the vet had somewhat of an ajenda as we moved to another vets(for various reasons) but we did come back. At the end of the day all we want is for our beloved Phoebe to be given the very best treatment we have paid a lot(can't pos thte ammount on here as far too embarrased to)since September and still feel there is an element of "punishment" in our relationship. Aw well their loss(7 cats = a good client to have) Right. Am off to have breakfast(don't ask). Have a good day and take care. Speak later. Ann xxxx

I'm new to MSE, but I like the idea of the daily thread.

I'm afraid I won't be posting every day, as I do have days when I'm too poorly to sit at the computer, but I'll post when I can.

I've found some interesting stuff on OS, and hope to be able to contribute something useful myself now and then.

I think we'll be having nut loaf for dinner tonight - Mr LameWolf's on late shift, so I have to expect him home when I see him, and I can just get that out of the freezer, do a bit of rice, and wallop some sweet'n'sour sauce together. It's a recipe I can do on autopilot!:rotfl:

today I have been so lazy, but it's all about to change. OH is night shift and has fallen asleep on couch, kids are still sleeping upstairs (teenagers!!) so my style has been cramped this morning. I just had to watch daytime tv and surf!!

need to sort out a few paperwork things, go food shopping and....well I need to get some motivation first but hey
