    Morning all

Soappie - glad you made a decision, I hope you'll keep us updated - god I'm nosey, I so need more excitement in my life.

Air Tattoo thing that DH and DS1/2 were going to has been cancelled (first time in 38 years) so they are all here! It may be on tomorrow so they may not be here then.

Plan for today is to finish list and spend some time in the garden whilst the weather is set dry - if windy.

Well as usual I did Monday's list then folded my wings and just lurked for the rest of the week :o
However I have some new bookcases arriving next week for the living room so need to sort that out plus its a dreich day here and I can't/won't go to the shops till middle of week so 'the house gets it'.
So you will all get bored with me coming back at regular intervals to report.
Looks as if at least TAG is on the same plan :hello:

    Morning ladies

Late start for me as we had a late night. Went to see The Commitments in our town last night, they were very good, not quite Bon Jovi but very MSE as a free concert and tonight its Atomic Kitten which I HAVE to take DD to. Just dont fancy getting wet through again!

Took me 2 hours while in bed on the laptop to catch up with everyones antics so will post replies later.

Showered and slobby clothes thrown on at the min so need to brekkie and iron some jeans before we can do anything. Weather is very grey again today so dont know what to do as have to entertain a French student. Skint as well until payday on 15th so could be a tight weekend :rotfl: .

    Catch you all later
    Kaz

PS how do you make the blackcurrant cordial Dusty I have tons of blackcurrants to find a use for.
Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!

    Morning all

Just a flying visit from me (hee hee). I'm back to Liverpool at lunchtime, still need to shower and then pack, but at least the house is tidy to come back too.

Soappie - did you get some sleep last night? Of course, we are all really nosey and await the next installment with bated breath. I dont honestly think I could have been as polite as you. More on DSs behalf. I couldnt bear it if DDs father and family had nothing to do with her. Maybe he is wondering about DS and if he is a grandad or thoughts like that?

Dusty - of course I'll keep you all informed!

SSL - I slept like a log last night but that's probably because I ended up drinking far too much wine. I'm strangely slightly tearful this morning but that could just be because I'm a little bit hungover and ended up just having an omelette as stupid-o'clock last night for dinner so I'm also starving. I've just had a piece of the salmon I've poached for salmon and brocolli pies for this evening with some avocado and bread (strange breakfast I know, but heh!) in the hopes that'll bring my blood sugar levels back up to normal and make me a little more cheerful.

Right - need to go and roll out the pastry..

I'll work that out once I've picked them:rotfl: There are a couple of recipes on here but I also googled one which doesnot heat them much to retain the vit c - it is more like the elderflower one where you leave it to stand.

Started the soup and then I must get in the shower. OH unblocking the downpipe which was the cause of the very dramatic outside water feature when it rained.
