Good comment lilibeth - I find suki1964's post a little offensive and also a bit suspicious.

Would you like to clarify why you find my post offensive and in particular suspicious?

I really would love to know what you could possibly find suspicious about a post I made here:confused:
• Julian123 I think you only got what you deserved by posting such a pointless comment in the first place, that's my opinion.

Anyhow I was really shocked by customer service this company provides, as in completely ignoring emails and phone calls, I also find it outrageous that they charge the money as soon as the order is received, and yet manage not to deliver at all, where does the money go? I also don't believe in their story of expending as some people seem to have had this problem going on for a while.

Here is the email address of the customer representative I eventually managed to contact: HelenDelaney@chemistdirect.co.uk

I hope it can help other people who are trying to get in touch with them in vain (like I did).

Thanks for the explanation about it being at the top of the google search which would bring on more complaints - I didnt think of that

But then it would only be those who did have a problem who would find this thread and post to it - if they werent already members of this site and subscribed to this thread. So where as there may well be 5 pages of posters with grievances, there could be thousands of very happy satisfied customers out there - as their reply to the team implies?
possibly, but it goes back to that old adage of "one satisfied customer will tell one person, an unsatisfied customer will tell a dozen" basically don't give bad service because you really will pay for it.

I cancelled my order mainly because my emails and phone calls went unanswered, if I had been given at least an indication of when my order would have been fulfilled I may well have been willing to wait a bit longer. Bad customer service is bad customer service, simple as that.

I didn't consider my comment to be pointless. I was highly suspicious that she was sticking up for the company (as she still is I see!). She has had no contact with Chemist Direct (so she says) so I don't think she can make any comments on this thread.

It must be obvious what I mean!
Anyway - back to the important issue here, which is that Chemist Direct seem to be useless. You only have to check all the various online reviews to discover that many, many people think the same.

So you are inferring I have something to do with the company?

I contacted them back in January, my problem was resolved quickly after emailing their director. However they told me at the time "We recently changed our payment methods so that payment is not taken until the order has been dispatched." Seems they have forgotten this already

I think I will avoid them now, especially if they are overwhelmed with orders due to being mentioned in Martins newsletter (I wonder if he warned them)

I am so sorry Julian123, I totally agree with you, I was meant to say that suki1964's post about people posting were newbies was quite pointless in my opinion, not yours.
I got confused and put your name instead of the other....
Apologies, and I'll shut up now

lol - no problem thomasmazur.
suki1964 - I wasn't inferring that you work for Chemist Direct but I was wondering if you do. You seem to be sticking for a company that you have never used which just seems odd. It seems that others here agree with me too.
I have used the company, I have sent them many emails and phoned them on many occasions. I am in a position to comment about them, you are not.
Would the director of Chemist Direct who made the previous post stating they have thousands of 'delighted' customers please care to prove that statement?
