  • Trustworthy; well they are genuine and one of the largest UK online pharmacies.

Whether that means they're good is a different story

Many other online pharmacies ranked above them

You still have to exercise some caution with trust pilot however. Look at how recent reviews are etc.
  • On 10 January 2016, Chemist Direct emailed me, as a previous customer, offering a 30% discount on goods purchased. I ordered Nicorette Microtabs costing £87.24. On the same day Chemist Direct send me an email about an "auto-reorder" which would automatically send me a repeat order in 60 days. I emailed them back to say I had not made an"auto-reorder" and to cancel it immediately. They emailed me back to say they had cancelled it.
On 6 March they emailed me telling me the reorder was on its way. I phoned them and emailed them saying I had not reordered and I had cancelling their reorder. They apologized and said they would refund me. On 7 March the item arrived and I refused to accept it. On 7 March Chemist Direct stole £87.24 from my account. On 9 March Chemist Direct emailed me that they had processed a refund, but when I checked my bank account I found that they had stolen a further £87.24 from my account on 8 March. I then reported this to my bank, who stopped my debit card.
