Chemist Direct???

I ordered some items from Chemist Direct and received a despatch confirmation on 8th December 2011.

By 19th December the items hadn't arrived so I sent a follow up email, to which they responded I would have to wait 15 working days to confirm that an order has been lost. Fair enough.

With the items still nowhere to be seen on 29th December, I requested a P91 form. This was sent to me on 30th December 2011 via email and I followed the instructions on the form and despatched it back to Chemist Direct on 31st December.

Yesterday on 5th January 2012 I noticed the return address on the P91 form was different from the one in the email they sent me requesting I return the form. :think::think::think: Since I'm supposed to respond within 10 days, I hastily completed the form again and sent another one to the other address. I also emailed Chemist Direct to let them know the situation, they haven't replied yet

And still no sight of the goods I ordered.... I paid over £50 for this shipment!! I'm getting a bit annoyed now, it's been about a month since I placed the order and I expected it to arrive by Christmas. I hope I get my money back or they re-send!!!

I used Chemist Direct to order a prescription. I placed my order - which included filling in some personal health related details - late at night on the 29th of this month. The next morning I had confirmation of my order and this morning, the 31st, my order arrived at 8.30am.

So, for me, ordering a prescription was painless and the service was excellent.

How nice of you to bump a thread that hasn't been posted in since January to let us know with your very first post that you had a good service with them. Not at all suspicious in any way at all. I'll definitely use Chemist Direct for any prescription orders in the future now :money:

I thought someone might say that! I only did posted because I read through this thread after ordering and I got totally freaked out and I wanted to share my experience, it comes up on Google if you search "is Chemist Direct safe".

I don't want to argue though, just letting you know this is legit. I only used them because I'm leaving the country soon and didn't have time to make a doctor's appointment. I am vaguely concerned about whether what I bought will be genuine but it looks like the real deal. I'm probably a bit stupid for doing it but hey ho - the service was good but that's all I can really comment on for now! Has anyone else purchased medication from them? (Unless resurrecting an old thread is a bad thing in which case pm me or ignore this!)

I know the thread is old but wanted to say I have just ordered from here, never had any reason to think anything was wrong with them but then after I ordered I couldn't see any order history or email confirmation, so I googled it and this thread came up.

I have now received the email confirmation and just hope the order comes through!

I wanted to add that many of you have paid for items not as described or not at all. My bank will reimburse me if a company does not deliver what it is supposed to/ is a scammer/ fake item/ never arrives etc and will then seek to refund it from the company. Has no one else managed to do that with this company?

I just wanted to say I would never use Chemistdirect to order anything again, I paid for next day delivery and it wasn't delivered due to a query on my billing address which it turns out they had done wrong anyway so could have been sent. I was then spoken to very rudely on the phone, they have terrible customer service skills (spoke over me and argued with me, threatened numerous times to cancel my order and insisted I hadn't paid for next day delivery and added an extra charge to my order even though they had delayed my order) VERY rude and money grabbing.

My last two orders were sent within 1 day and arrived the next.
No complaints from me.

I have been using chemist direct for about 2 years. No problems whatsoever in my experience.

I ordered some items from chemist direct last week. I got a despatch confirmation e-mail with a link to a courier company. To my surprise, yesterday it said the order had been left at my door the night before. I was at home, so that is just not true. I've been emailing and ringing the company and they just say they will investigate. Has anything like this has happened to anyone here?

Which courier? yodel are the usual culprits for phantom deliveries.
