Used this company with some reservations, seemed too good to be true. found a perfume at about £10 cheaper than elsewhere. Ordered Thursday night. Courier delivered, well package, and genuine item, Saturday morning!
Would recommend.0 -
I think the price for prescription drugs is already too high and now it has been moved up to £8.05. How will people afford it? I certainly can't, lets have your views folks..:(0

It's certainly cheaper than having to pay for the cost of the medications. You'd probably get stung a hell of a lot more than 8 quid if it wasn't heavily subsidized.0 -
Just because it is cheaper than having to pay the cost of the meds, does not make it affordable to all.
Luckily there are alternatives out there such as the Prescription Pre Payment certificate etc.0 -
I put in an order for two items over two weeks ago, my order has been in the 'processing' stage ever since.
I emailed them three days ago to ask what was going on, and today received an email from their sales team saying that they were waiting for a response regarding an email they had sent me requesting information on how the product was going to be used.
I never received this alleged email and told them as much! Nor is this information available on the orders page on the website, so how they think people are magically going to acquire this information is beyond me.
In addition they asked for an extra £2 in order to change it to a different brand even though I hadn't even asked for them to swap it... utter rubbish.
Needless to say I have asked for a refund and told them I will take the matter up with paypal should they fail to do so. If they don't have something in stock why can't they just bloody well own up to it?
DO NOT USE!!! :mad:0 -
used chemist direct first time and will be last time one of bottles leaking thus made everything else sticky e mailed chemist direct who asked for a
picture quoting some nonsense about damages act how does a leak show up in a picture the item in question was under £3.00 they also say free delivery on items over certain price but still charge you delivery if order is over that price cant give you definite figure as it seems to change these people are liars but treat you as liars dont be fooled by their claims0 -
I live abroad, and no I'm not wealthy, I just like sunshine. I can't access NHS and therefore have to pay for my own drugs. I have a medical condition and need pills every day. I found Chemist direct on the web and sent them a doctors prescription. The first prescription went OK and I received the pills after a few days. The problems started with the second order. It was 'lost'. I've been sending letters for over 45 years and no previous letter of mine has ever been lost (and I've lived in some weird places). So I sent another order with a prescription. Each prescription has to be bought. This time it was registered to make sure it arrived. There was no answer. After 3 weeks I phoned to see where my order had got to. They were out of stock but were going to receive a delivery that day. I waited a further 3 weeks and sent an E-mail. Of course I'm still waiting for a reply. Since then I've gone to another supplier and received the pills within 3 days but they are 5 times more expensive. I've checked the manufacturers site and the pills cost 0.01p each to make. My last payment was £42 for 28 pills. That's quite a mark-up. I've read the other letters here and I appreciate what they've written; the difference is that without my pills I will die. It's as simple as that. There should surely be some sort of government regulation on these companies.0

Bumping an old thread but relevant as it seems their email list has been hacked again. Just got an email today to my chemistdirect email only with a zip about a resume from "Mathew Chandler <MathewChandler@sktint.com>". Guessing the zip has a virus.
Subject is: My Resume - Mathew Chandler0 -
DO NOT BUY FROM CHEMIST DIRECT IF YOU LIVE IN SPAIN.
My experience has been awful. My previous last 3 orders hadn't arrived on time but they finally arrived after reclaiming, but my last two orders, on 15/6 and 3/7, they haven't arrived yet and Customer Service just keeps delaying taking any action. I've written Customer Service eight times and still have no solution. I won't buy from them any more and I'm writing here so that as few people as possible gets duped by them as well.0
