Anybody read the terms and conditions on the O2 student pages to see if it specifically states that only students can purchase these deals.

Seems like they have made access to these deals so easy that they probably arent too bothered about who buys thems. Vodaphone and Orange both require the NUS number to be keyed in.

If they dont specifically states you must be a student then I havnt got a problem accessing that part of their site to buy something.

does the o2 branded phone ( XM ?) come locked? If so, how easy is it to unlock? It seems like its a really good phone for that price...bluetooth, camera etc.
