sorry for the garbage cut and paste approach above. But I had two orders with O2. The first, a contract phone I had no problem with. The second using the deal on MSE dated the 16/10 they no nothing about. Even though the order is showing up on my tracking. After numerous phone calls they told me to re order. What amazes me is that they know nothing about an order that is obviously on their system. Has anybody else experienced this?

i placed my order for the o2 XM + dvd player on the 19th .. phoned up today to be told it was cancelled.. 'credit card authourization failed' .. has anyone receivedtheir o2 xm?

iv placed another order and this time chose next day delivery..see what happens..

Hi, I ordered my XM with DVD player on Friday. I have checked track and trace and its apparently on the way to me today!

tried to order two nokias and DABs and the card was declined - very suspect. ordered two in separate transactions and they went through, albeit out of stock at the moment.

it didn't say out of stock when i ordered them! only when i got the confirmation email!!
