I received both my E350's & FREE Portable DVD Players yesterday. The phones are locked to the O2 network. They will work with either the supplied O2 PAYG Sim, or an O2 Contract/Pay Monthly Sim (i have tried both). I havent looked yet to see how easily they can be unlocked, but i doubt that it is as easy as it is with Nokia phones.

Not had a chance to checkout the DVP players yet, but they look great. Del

More than a little concerned with this one! Ordered a 6101 for my daughter on Sunday as she's been after one for her birthday. Was well chuffed to get one for £99.99 with a free radio. I've just checked my order info on line but the site navigation is lousy so it's virtually impossible to get to the right place. All I can see is that my phone has been ordered( have order number) on the 16/10 and will be delivered within 5 days.
Rang customer services and had to talk to three different people. They all had one thing in common, none of them could find my order! The last woman said could I check my bank to see if the money had been taken out. I cannot believe a leading communications company have so many problems with.........

I think I will probably try and escalate this one as they surely can't accept your order and display it in your account then send nothing!

Hi, Can someone please help! Were the samsung E350 advertised on pay as you go with the free Dvd player? I thought I ordered one of these however it seems I am getting the XM. Thanks

Could be louder through the speakers, but fine via the supplied headphones. Quality/tone is OK.

Have you turned the volume up on the side of the DVD player itself, rather than just the remote volume. I wouldn't expect hi-fi quality anyway:rolleyes:

Hi all.
I'm trying to get one of the student phones but they keep asking about the tariff I want.. I thought this is pay as you go and I don't need tariffs.. can you tell me what to do?

just add the sim with either tariff option (they are both PAYG)...the sim is free with the phone but you do not need to use it if unlocking it
