Got a 6101 today and I'm having great problems unlocking the damn thing. I've posted on the unlocking board and none of the codes they're giving me seem to be working. Has anyone else had this?

Nope my 6101 unlocked on the first try using the code starting with 7
I worked out my own code though using the "nokia free calculator"

Are you sure it isn't already unlocked as o2 normally don't lock their phones.....

Hi, I just got the XM phone, does anyone know if this comes unlocked as I would rather use a different network. Thanks.

Its already been discussed that O2 do lock their phones, the 6101, the 6030 the E350 are all locked

I've got the settings to unlock the 6101 if anyone needs them done

got my phone when this thread started with o2 and its not locked can use a vodafone sim with it with no problems, so they are not all locked!
