I placed an order for a v220 and instead they gave me a v547. Seems rather than cancelling my order due to no more being available they just send me the newer version phone. Now thats what u call customer service

am i right in believing the price of the nokia has come down? how big is it? is it easily unlocked? and what is the bluetooth headset like? is it a cheaop £20 one as i wont need it and wondering how much its worth

sorry, the sony, just realised the z520i

are thes one of the big flip phones like the 3 ones, or a nicer size like samsungs? and the bluetooth, any good?

You can no longer get a free portable DVD player with any of the phones. Looks like its DAB radios with the o2 xm now, glad I got mine when I did, many thanks to OP yet again :T
