update- emailed the top people, result! they've sent the phone the same day they got my email (after cust services told me they would be having no more in stock..) got a very nice and apologetic person who phoned me, its really worth going to the top if you are not being listened to.Fr. Offer been updated again, the NEC now comes with blutooth headset and a dvd recorder and the e350 with a dab radio . . .
