I think the only way to do it is to use a different address every time.
I bought an extra 2 phones and just had them sent next door. My neighbour brought them round and said "they delivered these today when you were out so they left it with us". Obviously I didnt say to the neighbour that i had them sent there.
You could always try that!!0 -
Surely You Cant Have Them Sent To A Different Address Because Of Your Credit Card Billing Address?0

no, for the CC address I just used theirs aswell.
Honestly, it worked.0 -

ok i am umming and ahhing over whether to get one of these 02 phones. i know how bad their customer service is and i dont want to be charged for something i might not get. (i also had trouble getting on to the complete order page keithboy, it was trying to send me a registration code but they somehow didnt reach my phone, until you get that code you cant order, you have to register first or all the pages go skew wiff i found ) anyway, what was worrying me is that i cant see how to get onto the student site from the usual o2 shop site, and that worried me it was a scam. of course i can get to it via the links but if someone can tell me how to access it VIA the original site i would be a lot happier. also can you not find out if the item is out of stock until youve given them your card details? that seems dodgy to me. all in all do you recommend i take a risk on the student site or is it just too much hassle-and are the phones in mint cond as i know they are refurbished and i have heard stories from people you dont get a charger half the time. are they ever unlocked and if the same phone was available on the normal o2 site with a memory card for instance would you get it with the recon package? sorry for so many questions, i always refer to this site for things like this but i thought id register to double check. cheers in advance...Fr. Stack: While you were out, I got the keys to your car. And drove it into a big wall. And if you don't like it, tough. I've had my fun, and that's all that matters.0

Yes it is all a scam and everyone who said they got their phones and free gifts on this thread are in collusion with the scammers to take your money.
Oh and the non existent phones aren't refurbs unless they specifically say they were. The four phones I didn't get were all brand new and in their packaging. No links in signatures please.0 -
You had me going there for a minute!....Ignore the scam rubbish...ordered this morning and just rang O2 after reading this. Had not received confirmation e mail so slightly concerned. Given number over the phone so order can be tracked on line. Delay seems to be normal - by the way I found customer services more than helpful--unless they are all in collusion too of cou :rotfl: rse0

well thankyou for your polite and helpful responses. upon joining this site i read 'there is no such thing as a stupid post'. i posted the questions which i was concerned about, such as why can you not get to the student site via the normal site, and i had also read that people had had problems with being overcharged and delayed posting. i apologise if my concerns made you feel the need to ridicule me, and i hope by doing so you feel so much better. oh and by the way, i have had a very bad time dealing with o2 customer services in the past, and i have read a lot about this too, feel free to do a search. obviously this site is not meant for people with genuine concerns, and i did not expect people to jump down my throat as regards to things i was worried about.Fr.
