This is also what happened to me.


I didn't receive any confirmation e-mail and couldn't trace it via their website.

I ended up having to phone them to chase up my order. Unfortunately I can't remember which number I used. I phoned the one on the website, they told me it was the wrong number, and gave me another number, only for that to be the wrong number also. They gave me another number which was a customer services number and they managed to find my order but couldn't explain why I couldn't track it. It took ages for them to find out though.

so even though you couldnt track it, did it mean theyd forgotten abt it or would you still have got it if you hadnt phoned. this is why i was asking all these questions the other day, i knew something would go wrong lol

i ordered a camera phone at 2pm last wednesday and it arrived at lunchtime the nest day. It was £29.99 the o2x1b, and i am suitably impressed.

No - I don't think they had forgot about me - although I didn't know what was happening. I had ordered the Samsung E350 with the free portable DVD player. They took the money from my account, said it would be delivered in three to five working days and I heard nothing more.

I phoned them after two or three days as I had not had a confirmation e-mail so could not trace the order number.

The person told me the phone was out of stock at the time and they were waiting for it to come in so I could either cancel the order or just wait for new stock to arrive.

As it was such a good deal I decided to wait but what annoyed me was the fact they took the money off of my account right away.

I phoned again about a week later and was told it was picked up by DHL the previous evening and it was delivered the next day.

I would assume if they have taken the money from your account and you haven't received it it may well have gone out of stock and they are waiting for more to arrive.

Try and give them a phone to check. As I said I don't know the exact number I phoned but start with the one on the website shop.

Yes definately phone. I rang the contact us number on the bottom of the page when you go into my 02. Twice they have been really helpful and you may well be worrying for nothing, they could readily tell me what was happening. In fact after comparing virgin and 02 cs and website may well change over to 02 now. (I have crossed everything as I type!).

Don't panic I did the same and no they didn't ask me. I do have a handy daughter though just in case, but if you sound young they will be even less likely to ask. Just say you don't have the card with you at the moment, but you are getting worried about the phone. The link we used bi passed the need to put in the nus number as you could have only got onto that page if you had entered it previously. They will just assume that since you ordered from that page you could have only got there by being a student...Honestly they were really helpful...
