Decided to chase O2 by phone call yesterday (17th) and eventually a woman at so called 'Customer Services' stated that they were not out of stock and that she could push my existing order through again to the warehouse for delivery. Great... or so i thought. Later last night i received another automated email saying the items were 'out of stock' !!
I am beginning to wonder of the problem is actually with the Free Portable DVD Player being out of stock, and not the E350 phone itself ?
I also checked my credit card this morning and found that O2 had taken full payment on the 13th when I first placed my order online. I can see this being trouble....

i was thinking about buying the nokia 6101 but when i looked at the unlocking sites the drop down boxes didnt contain the 6101 model so does this mean that they can't be unlocked remotely by a code which is generated for free???

Totally useless and ill informed staff.
3 HOURS trying to resolve a problem and the best they could do was give me £20 credit on my new phone.

tried ringing 02 for about 4 hours-passed on from dept to dept-no one able to resolve my order!!!
