you shouldn't be weighing everyday ;)

the booze won't have helped, and it doesn't sound like you're eating enough.

I think those people who like to weigh themselves daily at the same time each morning should WRITE DOWN that daily number. Then every seven days add up those numbers and divide by seven. That way you have a weekly average that irons out those daily variations.

I had the "best" curry ever on Friday night, unfortunately can't remember just how good it was after having the "best" amount of vodka and diet coke before getting to the restaurant. I certainly won't be weighing myself today- that can "weight" until next Sunday ! I now have until Sunday 5 October to see how much weight I can finally shed b4 Florida. I would like to get to 196lb and they can be no more cheating till I get to Gatwick. Have a good week low carbers !

mostly 1 or 2 lbs but often 3 or 4lbs

i did have major surgery in jan so am sometimes not sure if im still swelling but yeah i can be dead good ad gain 3 lbs overnight - with no rhyme or reason

however i accept on friday the voddie and wine might have had a say in it - although when i drink i normally have a false low the next day due to levels of dehydration

lovely indian last night and more wine but have been and done a gruelling bums and tums class this morning

roast lamb for dinner after chores :T

Had a slice of home made bread for breakfast  but really enjoyed it.

Making a huge yorkshire pudding, roast pork, roast potatoes, cauliflower, mushy peas and green beans with gravy and cheese sauce.

I intend to have meat and cauliflower and green beans and get back on track.
