About a stone (if possible, I have a feeling my body will say 'No more!' at half way!), so there shouldn't be a reason why I can't move straight onto phase 2. This is as much about learning good eating habits and eating well as it is about looking good in my bikini when I'm on holiday! (Which is a huge incentive!) I've been relying on white bread and pasta to keep me going for as long as I can remember so it's nice to move away from those things and eat good food that doesn't make me feel all bloated and gross!
But if only they could make low carb Dairy Milk!:rotfl:Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -

it's soooooooooooooooooo worth it - i promise
and in a couple of weeks you won't be able to eat dairy milk without gagging at the extreme sweetness.

It's her recipes that are the IPD cookbook
And as I've said before, if you grate a cauliflower, and pan fry it in butter until just tender, it makes a briliant rice substitute
And you can use steamed cauli to make a mash substitute too
Each time I post there's something new I want to reply to! LOL!
I think I'll try cauliflower rice this weekend, I take it you grate it raw then fry to cook it?
Mmmm, can't wait for my Indian feast!:TOvercome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -
yep
be warned though - it's unbelievably messy to grate a cauliflower :rotfl:
the onion bhajis are fiddly, but completely delish :drool:0 -
Right, consider me warned!
I'm really looking forward to making the Bhajis, I love love love them so I was so happy when I saw a low carb recipe to make my own!

if you sign up to pig2twig and search for curries there will be lots of recipes on there! There's a poster called Bee who seems to post the most and best recipes, I've copied down loads from her posts!
I'm sure I must be doing something wrong on the site as all I get is a list of sponsored links, could you post a direct link to one of the curry recipes and perhaps I'll be able to find my own way from then on
Thanx0 -
I don't think you can read the posts unless you're signed in so there's no point in my linking to a particular thread...
Once you sign up/in, click on the Forum and there's a search box, type in the key word there i.e. curry name and it should come up! Failing that, browse the forums, on the first page there's a sticky called 'Bee's recipe bit', I think some of the curries are in there.
I'll post the bhaji recipe in a minute.Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0
