I have eaten alot more last 2 days but I have cut the carbs a little (I am really strict anyway) and have reduced my mayo and cheese intake by over half. I am now trying to get my fat more from meat. I had really fatty pork draught type meat last night - yum. My weight has stayed the same which I'm ok about.
Today the world fell out of my bottom. The runs really bad. Bit embarassing as I had to dissappear mid meeting for quite some time LOL. But I may weight alot less now LOL.
Work is really tough and will be for next week and half. My boss is away and I am covering his and my work. I have been here late last 2 days...really late. So late that I diverted to sains before getting the train to eat just to stick to the eat regularly - honestly not because I was hungry - - I bought some cooked chicken.
I have managed to get stuff done and can leave now. But my eyes are aching and want to shut......and I have a 2hr journey home. I may wake up god knows where!!!
Keep the Faith gang

Squelched home and then got dried off and changed.
Made mince and sausages with cabbage and new potatoes for tea.
I had mince, sausages and cabbage and 2 DDs had pasta in cheese and broccoli sauce. DH and DD had potatoes."This site is addictive!"

Thanks Shykins and Daisy for hugs and positive vibes! I know that this feeling will pass I'm just hoping that I get to the other side sooner rather than later! And I can't wait till I get to Phase 2 when I'm allowed chocolate as I've been finding some lovely yummy looking recipes for chocolate cakes and mousse and ice cream! The thought of indulging in a (low-carb!) pudding in a couple of weeks is keeping me going through feeling rubbish!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0

How much weight are you hoping to lose, birdie?0 -
you can have any curry you like, badgie, long as it doesn't have spuds in it!0

Oooh, Gillette, if you sign up to pig2twig and search for curries there will be lots of recipes on there! There's a poster called Bee who seems to post the most and best recipes, I've copied down loads from her posts!
Indian wise I've found recipes for:
Onion Bhajias
Keema
Lamb Curry
Butter Chicken
Beef Korma
I'm sure there's a recipe for low carb naan breads too, have a look!
I think I'm doing an IPD Indian night this weekend, although my BF will have to have rice and real naan with his!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -
Bee Rawlinson's onion bhajis are the BEST THING EVER
It's her recipes that are the IPD cookbook
And as I've said before, if you grate a cauliflower, and pan fry it in butter until just tender, it makes a briliant rice substitute
And you can use steamed cauli to make a mash substitute too0
