I used to be addicted to tanning - sunbeds. Please please please be careful ladies. I actually avoid tanning at all costs now - I'd much rather be pale and interesting than damage myself with those things.
I look at pictures of myself when I was tanned and can't believe i did that to myself.
And if you are following the diets and losing weight, there'll be less of you to be pale and flabby0 -
Will need to go read through the thread to catch up now.......is Shy and Tink still as bossy?

Must admit I would'nt dare go on a sunbed - heard/seen too many horror stories.
Have thought about a spray tan though - and you can get spray-on abs - not sure how it would look on my flabby belly though!!0 -

just weighd myself this am and have 6 lb on :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
I had eat a bit of rubbish fri and sat lost 4 lb after weighing myself.
Was really strict from sunday all day fast sun and then mon and tue induction diet put on 6lb's what is going on before that i had been real strict for 2 weeks and put on 4 lb. I actually watched my stomach grow last night
food yesterday
B - omlette cheese and mushroom
L- Flax and almond bread
D- pepper Steak and mushroom and hm coleslaw (cabbage and mayo)
Also some chicken breast
Had some low carb juice 0.3 g per undiluted. Tea and coffee with milk about 1/4 pint
Gym for 40 min interval training.
