Agree with the cottage cheese & pineapple shykins - yuk!! Good description by the way!! :rotfl:
I must admit I do like cottage cheese - LittleMiss do you have a co-op near you? Get mine from there & have also had some from Morrisons & probably Asda too. Got a nice one with caramelised onion in it - carbs were a bit higher but I only had a bit at a time.0 -

ted - or anyone - is there any link between vit D and tanning do you know
in laymans terms tho pls
Try this for all Vitamin D info. It`s the best site I know of...although it`s TED`s thing, really. I`ll be out for my 20 mins a day as soon as we get some sun.Sod the wrinkles, and a bit of colour always looks good !

Just a quick question about the coconut oil (again, sorry). I just don`t fancy oil by the spoonful, so would the solid stuff sold in a block, be the same thing? I used to stick it in home-made curries, only I ended up eating it like sweeties. That`s the reason I stopped buying it,actually! Now I`m hoping it was doing me good after all......!!!
Or maybe it`s hydrogenated????
Is anyone else doing WeightWins? I`m into my 2nd month now and my weight loss is slow but steady ( btw 1-3 lbs a week). If I can stick to my "contract", I`ll make £240 at the end of the year.
Off to bed now.Catch up with you all tomorrow night.

Oh, guys, I'm exhausted! Is it really still only Tuesday? Oh, hang on, no - just gone midnight so it's Wednesday at last
New job = away from home lots and lots (7am-11pm today) so lots of activity and unplanned-food-grabbing. Also very little time to post on here! So my awful menus for the last couple of days have been:
Monday
Scrambled eggs
Oriental salad at Wagamamas
Nut roast with spinach, cheese, avocado and hemp oil
2 chocolate cupcakes
Tuesday
Wheatbran "porridge", whole apple
Celery, green pepper with humous, smoked tofu
2 chocolate cupcakes
Onion bahji, raw carrot, mozzerella-basil-cherry-tomato kebabs, 4 bottles of Stella...
I'm getting slightly paranoid - I like to eat pretty much all my food in the office since I'm there most of the waking day, but my colleagues are so nosey! They picked up straight away that I was veggie (and there's a general anti-veggie feeling in the team, jokes about "feeling light-headed" etc ) and now I get quizzed on every little thing I eat or drink - what's that? Where'd you get it? How can you eat it? repeated by 12 people individually.
Really not sure what the solution is to that, other than eating in secret! I want to keep up the homemade lunchboxes to save money, but would like to start going outside for lunch, weather permitting. I did find out today that we get FREE gym membership to our nearest place, a La Laguna with spa / pool etcMortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0
