    I get mine from http://www.coconoil.co.uk/

    I love it :)
So do I. I use it so regularly I went for the bulk buy 10kg containers £75 including delivery. Works out at around £3.75 standard size pot. I put the bulk container in the airing cupboard overnight and next day pour the liquid CO into my reused old pots then put the bulk container back in a cool place. Much the cheapest way of buying organic cold pressed coconut oil Tastes as nice as any other I've tried.

The taste is the thing for me. It's lovely. Havn't gone for quite so much yet but am definitely considering it. There's only me though so may have enough to see me out if I follow your example :)

Like that would be a bad thing :rotfl:

Shelby & Mazzers... are you taking your supplements and drinking enough water? I admit my thighs are a bit sore but I know it is because of the Davina DVD squatasticness!

We all have our ups and downs. I just know I have more emotional ups and more weight downs! :T
I'm definitely drinking the water as I've never drank so much in my life - I normally can't stand it and really struggle getting one glass down me but I have been drinking it and am now use to it - although not quite use to needing the loo all the time. Re Vitamins the only one I am taking is a multi-vitamin, I didn't really want to take lots of lots of tablets if it can be helped so I was hoping it would just pass but I do feel so tired all the time.

    yesterday's menu:-

    B/L - 2 sausage, 2 bacon scrambled egg + creamy coffee
D - Roast pork, crackling, green beans and brussel sprouts
Snack - low carb lemon sponge with cream

    Today's menu:-

B - 2 cauli pizza (leftover from saturday)
    L - 2 sausage scrambled egg
D - normally don't bother when I go to the gym as can't eat before and don't feel like it when i get back at 8.

Someone here says that they have a treadmill, i think it might be daisy. Can you tell me where you use yours as i would put one in my bedrooom but wondered if it would be noisy downstairs, also if its bulky , or do you 'put it away'?
Hi Mazzers, it wasn't me that mentioned it before but i do have a treadmill and its in the garage. I wouldn't suggest putting one in your bedroom as they are very noisy and the pounding on it would come straight through to downstairs. I have a telly set up in the garage so I go out there with the volume high and run whilst waching the soaps!! Mine it quite bulky also although it does fold up and some of them are probably small enough to fold down and slide under your bed but for a decent one they are considerably big in size.

I think you might need to revisit this.

I feel lousy if I don't take my supplements. You're on a very restricted diet and are not getting everything you need from your food at the moment.

Has that multivit got iron in it?

Just looked and the one I take does have 12mg in it - is that a good or bad thing?
