lemonade atkins doesnt allow for carrots in the 2 week induction as they are fairly carby.. as for Dr d well i am no expert but if they are not mentioned then dont eat them..... the biggest tip is that whatever plan u decide on u follow it TO THE LETTER
i get the hotel chocolat non bitter 85% and its absolutely lovely, some of them can have quite a bittery cooking choc taste so be u need to pick and choose... would love one of their eggs but they are a bit pricey
lol at me being scary cos i am so good u obviously havent seen my food this weekend!!!
well thank god that was 3 days worth i was imagining u sat there like a buddha at the end of 24 hrs lol

Hardly - I worked out they were a rip off (weight of choc to cost) so would get money instead and spend it on....................... even more chocolate!!!!!!

actually, it is more MSE than the other one.
5 times the weight for 2.5 times the price :money:0 -
well thats true tink but then sometimes MSE is not everything... i bought 2 85% from thorntons for £3 but its nowhere near as nice as the hotel chocolat non bitter 85%.. just wish there was one near me cos its extra to buy off net
am with u why would u want to add almonds to such good choc .. duuuh

Hi
I'm in two minds about giving Atkins a go. I'm a vegetarian and I have been looking around the net at veggie Atkins and it seems some people say it is great and others say 'don't bother'. The reasons for 'don't bother' appears to be that you get stuck in a food rut pretty quickly and that if you fall back on legumes then there are too many carbs.
I can see that there is at least one veggie on this thread - hello Badger- and forgive me for asking this if it has already been asked (I don't have time to look through the rest of the thread at the moment), but how simple is it to taylor the Atkins to a veggie diet? If you are veggie and are following this diet, have you struggled with 'food ruts' and boredom? Did you do the induction phase or did you just jump into low carb eating?
And most importantly, is Marmite low carb? (please say yes...please say yes...please)
Thanks for any help, info and advice0
