Well todays brunch was ham and eggs-quite simply that! Oh and the decaf coffee which is about as close as I can get to giving it up. Went out into the garden to do some stepups-may do some pushups a bit later-too soon yet after eating. I need to be locked away with only good food for 3 months-it would make life so much easier! Doubt it would teach me a lot though-certainly not restraint. I shall look into the choc bars later as a little something to look forward to. Thankfully its impossible to eat a lot of that 85% choc.Annual Grocery budget 2018 is £1500 pa £125 calendar month £28.84 pw for 3 adults0

Dark chocolate. Many makes, just make sure it is 85% chocolate or above. Supermarkets stock it - corner shops might.

Hi I am about to embark on this diet plan and have a couple of questions please:
Am I allowed to eat carrots as I have noticed that most low carb diets do not allow them but on this website doesn't say anything about them?
Also am I allowed to have protein shakes on this plan?
Am I allowed mayo because I have found some with no added sugar but it is made using sunflower oil which is on the 'to avoid' list?
TIA

Just curious....but is anyone here planning on having an Easter Egg? I'm going to get quite upset if I dont have one.....and quite upset if I do.
(I'm ill in bed yesterday and today and have had lots of time on my hands to consider extremely serious matters such as this.:rolleyes2 )Herman - MP for all!

I've not had an easter egg for about 20 years (I'm 27).
If you must, why not go for something like this:

(you can get the egg seperately
)
Hope you feel better soon0 -

mmmmm....well they're not the same as a huuuuuge Lindt milk chocolate egg with a bunny but I suppose they would do.
:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
I guess I'm gonna have to learn to appreciate dark chocolate.
(It's just not as good as a Lindt bunny!) :whistle:Herman - MP for all!
