stacey yaay on the chickens and being organised with yr gardening!! u need to identify what makesu binge.. are u hungry??, do u just fancy something and have nothing around??.. do u feel deprived?? or are u having a crappy day???.... if u can find out what starts it off then maybe u can put thingsi n place to minimise it happening
ok the flax stuff u want is usually called linseed over here and buy it whole then grind it yrself, u will need an electric grinder of some sort for this... the carbs in s/free gum will be the sugar alcohols, the jury is out as to whether they will stall u or not but they can sure give u tummy ache but if its that or a chuck of cake then chew away!!!
x
thanks for all your help got some of that today its milled linwoods flax seed i got it in health shop thanks.
The reason i have been bindging is that all 3 of above at different times. Valentines felt deprived - First big bindge was starving but did learn from that eat more fat and eat more regularly and be more orgainsed and have more recipe's. - Third bindge was having a bad day. I figure i dont want to go off this diet ever its now just yummy and when i have the odd bindge its no were near as nice as this diet i love it. The need to bindge is really more experimenting:EasterBunlol.
Thanks shy for infoon flax will get that linseed, did you know it contains vitamin B17 a cure for cancer and also makes you more regualrwont do me no harm sorry back to the toilet talk.

I was going to ask if you all take vitamins? I meant to get some today but I'm not sure what i need. An all-in-one multivit or would i be better off buying a couple of full strengh ones?
Thanks!July Win: Nokia 58000 -
