stacey yaay on the chickens and being organised with yr gardening!! u need to identify what makesu binge.. are u hungry??, do u just fancy something and have nothing around??.. do u feel deprived?? or are u having a crappy day???.... if u can find out what starts it off then maybe u can put thingsi n place to minimise it happening
ok the flax stuff u want is usually called linseed over here and buy it whole then grind it yrself, u will need an electric grinder of some sort for this... the carbs in s/free gum will be the sugar alcohols, the jury is out as to whether they will stall u or not but they can sure give u tummy ache but if its that or a chuck of cake then chew away!!!

It's sooooooo sunny and lovely outside! Like a summer's day abroad!!
I've just been trying to hypnotise the chickens but it didn't work. I think it worked on the cat - he watched my finger for 30 seconds and then fell asleep.Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -

Well done Ames!
weekends are the hardest ! I haven't had any bad foods since last Saturday, my resolve is still strong and even though I wont weigh myself until a week Tues, I feel lighter and I reckon that by this time next week I'll be 1 more notch down on my belt and perhaps I'll be able to get into an old pair of jeans.

I feel sooo good today. I went around to my sisters house and got all her 'fat clothes' which are my 'thin clothes' now! Shes lost loads of weight so I've got all her size 12 and 14's. I used to be a size 18 jeans but a couple of her size 16's are now starting to fit without me having to hold me breath in
