Mercy, my OH's farting has got much worse since he was diagnosed diabetic - I understand it's the drugs. Charcoal has always been the traditional remedy for this affliction, and I've threatened OH with it. I wonder if it's still available.

Dunno about diabetes but the threat of suckin on charcoal may make him go out the room to fart? :rotfl:

Alternatively, he may call the bluff and sit there sucking charcoal and farting for England. Well, that's what I'd do :)

I thought possibly charcoal tablets, rather than sucking on it...But if he went out of the room, that would suit me fine. :D

As for your last comment, you know the male sex very well. ;)

Talking of dogs, my most beautiful baby, Pippa (see avatar, though she's a year older than that now), is so adorably pretty but eats poo whatever chance she gets. I do feed her, honest!

I don't know dogs, as a full time worker I didn't think it would be fair, although I'd love one.

Go to the pet forum on here and search 'dog' and 'eating poo' apparentli they're all at it but there's ways of changing that :)

Hope it all works out. Eating poo can't be good really.

    She's a gorgeous ting! Nice1! Bet you're proud n happy! What a SWEETIE!

I've worked in a male environment for longer than is properly good for one's health :)

And I've I've known some awkward barstewards :) personally :)

Still, if you go for the sucking on the coal - you may well win. Just so long as you present something a little less vile as an alternative once the guy in question has got thoroughly sik of sucking coal :)

    I do know blokes. That's why I don't ave one :)

No, I know what you mean, M. Although we had one years ago, we didn't start seriously until I was established working from home.

You're right, eating poo is not good. However, it's pretty normal in some situations. For example, puppies poo close to the nest, which means that it's a bit of a giveaway to predators. (Normally, adult dogs poo away from the nest.) Therefore, the adult dogs eat the poo, to remove the traces.

However, dog poo (and wee) smells very very interesting to other dogs - poo is covered with a delicious-smelling coating and it's almost irresistible. At the end of the day, despite her beauty, she is a very smelly little girl (both ends), but we love her soooo much. She is a sweetie indeed. Watched Rogue Traders last night and was amazed she survived. She had two of the 'terrible' and possibly fatal gastro infections (campylobacter and giardia) when we got her. Poor baby. She cost us a bloody fortune but so glad she made it.
