How do you do you flax porridge Pilly? I've tried the flax bread today and loved it. Fancy trying the porridge now.0

flax porridge- I use 3 heaped desert spoons of flax and about 1 and half scoops of my vanilla protein powder. I then add soya milk but you can use water (not tried it like that tho). mix and mic for 1min 30secs. It's lumpy but I like lumps!
Sweet's cheesie leeks- fry leeks, until soft, in butter with a bit of oil to avoid burnt butter!
slosh some cream over then some grated cheese, stir and voila! Yummy, go with anything food.0

I had a cheesy leek for lunch. I boiled the sliced leek. In a small jug I put a few small chunks of cheese and some creme fraiche and zapped it in the micro. I also grilled pork in my healthgrill with red pepper and ginger on it. It was absolutely lush. I think Im now addicted to cheesy leeks.
I even bought a packet of seeds for leeks tonight!Annual Grocery budget 2018 is £1500 pa £125 calendar month £28.84 pw for 3 adults0

Dunno, my plan is no simple carbs ~ that is no bread (will allow a little w/meal when the weight's down), no pasta, no rice, no spuds. Big boo hoo, I love all of those.
I have done it before, lost 2 stone, felt great, didn't look too bad either, and I'm hoping for the same this time.
I have a hubster and 8 chidren, I cook one meal for all, including myself, which means I eat what they eat minus the simple carbs.
And I love onions.I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.
Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.0
