    Does anybody know why almond flour can't be used on Atkins Induction? It doesn't have a huge amount of carbs.

    Because Almonds are nuts and nuts are not allowed on induction.
    Like me-you can only have what it listed on the "allowed" list.:p

    Im taking potassium suplements this time! I got them in the health food shop. Also taking clacium and magnesium.
    Previously I got bad leg cramps which made me stop induction the last time I tried. So far so good this time!

    5 pieces of cheese with strips of pepper and a few pieces of pineapple for lunch.

    Stir fried chicken with peppers, onions and black eyed beans, with seasoning and soy. Yummy.
    I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.

    Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.

    Which plan allows pineapple, onions and black eyed beans?

    I had a couple of eggs and bacon for breakfast, lunch was smoked salmon a babybel and a protein shake. Dinner was 2 cups of cauliflower mashed with butter and cream cheese :) (Ah and a couple of chicken nuggets with the batter peeled off). I was starving today- not sure why but i felt soo much better after the chocolate shake (made with water before you ask :) )

    Not enough water?

    Not enough fat?
  • today's menu;
    B- flax porridge (never get sick of it, it's lush!)
    L- tomato and goat's cheese omlette with prawns, avacado, spinach and coleslaw. (Morrisons slaw is 5g carbs/100g so that's borderline!)
    D- haddock in butter sauce (2.6g carbs says pack),carrots and Sweet's cheesie leeks. Was always seeing them in her post so thought I'd try. They were superb!.....And I normally don't like leeks!! :rotfl: So that'll become a fave.

    Off to make flax bread for tomorrow's packed lunch. Also, I bought Idiot Proof Diet today. Enjoying the read, it's funny, plus got their recipe book for more inspiration. I find that's when I'm most likely to slip up, when I've ran out of things to make and get bored or if I don't get organised and buy all good foods in.

    Do you think??

    I had 3 pints of water by lunch time, and I mixed a bit of butter in with the eggs and bacon for brekkie? I must say that i did feel better after lunch so perhaps it was lack of water. Thanks- I usually have most of my water in the evenings/late afternoon, so tomorrow I'll try to even it out a bit more.
