hiya!
I get my coconut oil from here
http://www.coconoil.co.uk/
It's not cheap but very nice to use in cooking and a little stirred into fruit tea or black coffee tastes nice.

Does anybody know why almond flour can't be used on Atkins Induction? It doesn't have a huge amount of carbs.0

Hi I'm a newbie over here and am thinking of doing Dr Dahlqvist's low carb plan - I have a couple of questions for anyone with any experience of this plan please?
I see on her blog it says I can have milk but it says not low fat choices so does this mean full cream milk only? Also can I assume I can eat ham and minced beef/lamb/turkey?

Hey badger, do you mean it's cos of the diet that you're feeling pants? If so, could you go outside, get some air and something to eat? An unofficial break is better than going off sick but I dunno how bad it is. : (
I'm feeling quite dizzy, maybe hypo, so off to eat lunch early.0 -
Yeah - I've had me breakfast and my mid-afternoon snack, but I just feel generally very low on energy, definitely on the hypo-glycaemic side. Every urge is to go downstairs and buy a Boost bar - I've always felt it's important to listen to your body's cravings but I really don't want to ruin the diet! So I'll stick with it.
Of course, it doesn't help that I'm completely fed up of this job as well! I've got nothing to do while I wait to leave, so I'm just sitting here messing about with Google or staring at my monitor daydreaming. Was bad bad girl yesterday. McDonalds, Bic Mac, chips, choc brownie (couldn't eat it all though)
H/M pizza and H/M Bday cake for tea. half bottle of wine too.
Coulda been worse I guess, not much, but if I'd tried really hard.
Anyhoo, today, will be a good girl.I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.
Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.0
