Brrrr! Just got back from CBT (which I passed )... first it snowed on us, then bright sunshine dazzled us, then the temperature plummetted and it spent the rest of the afternoon raining on us. I can't remember what my extremeties feel like! So I've arrived back home, turned the gas fire on and made up a tray of:
    - Brocolli with blue cheese and parsley sauce, a sprinkling of flax seed
    - Lightly stewed forest fruits with dessicated coconut and greek yoghurt
    - Big old mug of green tea

I didn't have time for breakfast this morning (left the house at 07:30), and lunch was a quick grab of some cheese and tomatoes, so I'm looking forward to tucking into me dinner now :)

(P.S. I've never had a white tongue )

However, before I rush out and buy them, are these bad for me like the atkins bars:eek:

They dont seem to be causing me a problem with loosing although i warn you do not open these unless prepared to eat the whole packet.:rotfl:

OMG there's no way I could eat a whole packet - my lips would be puckered up with all that salt & vinegar!!:rotfl: :rotfl: So not a good look!!
A portion is 50g which is a quarter of the packet I buy (5.6g carbs) but I usually try & eat less than that. They are extremely lush tho!!
  • Badger, apologies if I seem dense but what is CBT? I'm assuming it's not to do with pole-dancing?!
