Yay, someone didn't forget me! :j
Lazy day at home, so:
- Breakfast, two scrambled eggs; grilled mushrooms; strawberries and forest fruits with coconut and greek yoghurt; green tea.
- Lunch, spinach with olives and feta; tofu pudding
- Supper, carrots / cucumbers with rocket humous (not strictly low-carb but needs using up from the party!)
What are you doing for our birthday, jpretty?

Happy birthday jpretty, hc's dog and badger??
I decided I wasn't going to weigh today as I couldn't weigh until Tuesday last week (because the batteries had gone in my scales:rolleyes: ). Also I think it will give my body chance to get back to normal after my night shift.
Have a lovely day everyone and well done on all those fantastic weight losses:)If you think nobody cares whether you're alive or dead, try missing a couple of mortgage payments.
My way is Atkins
