Hi Guys,
I'm never on my facebook, I must admit. My inbox of my e-mail is always full of invites and pointless applications, and you can have too much of being superpoked by all and sundry!:rotfl: Would rather just e-mail people once in touch. But it is good for finding peeps from years ago, tho.
Am confused (again). I know some people are doing Idiot Proof Diet on here but just been on the site and it's not low carb, in fact, they slate such diets "Low carb diets make you miserable!". Just wanted to know what you eat but it seems you have to pay to download the gear. Not that bothered to know!:D
Yesterday's food
B- Coconut "porridge"
L- gammon, celery sticks and guocamole
D- prawn curry and brocolli and stuffed paratha. (my only cheat!)
It flipping snowed again here......is there no end? Need spring so I can get out of hibernation mindset! lol x0 -
pilly i am with u on all this poking and prodding that goes on i just take no notice of it all. most of the time i am not ven logged in lol... didnt even know there were groups on there thats how much i know lol
i thot idiot proof was lowcarb!!... which reminds me they had the nerys and india book in the local market for £4 other day, forgot to tell u allWhen you know better you do better0 -
Pilly, is it www.pig2twig.co.uk you're looking at? That's definitely the one, and it's definitely low-carb. This is the book. There's a lot of stuff on their (unnavigable) forum, but obviously they want you to buy the book so the site doesn't officially give you the diet.
Agree with you all about the emails and stuff from Facebook. That's why I deactivated my account. I don't have time for even more fiddling around on the internet anyway - I've already got enough things to distract me from work.0 -
Oh no!
My one remaining lodger has just come home with a box of Lindor Dark Chocolate Truffles!!! I'd never had one before but he forced me to taste it and now he's forcing me to eat three moreMortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -

Glad you've found it! They need to urgently pay a web technician to sort their site out because Google doesn't find it easily. They must be getting a quarter of the hits they could. And they neeed someone to sort out their forum! There's loads of good info on there, but until they sort themselves out it's close to unusable. MSE bought this software off the shelf, so they ought to think about doing the same.
Just seems a shame for such good resources to be going to waste.
