Hi, I have been reading your posts for a few days now and I think I must be the only one with loads of weight to lose! I am 5.6 and weigh 14.2. I was 15.4 when I started and a very tight size 18. I have now gone down to a tight size 16 or very baggy 18. I can only dream of being 10 stone and would give my eye teeth to go down to 9.7 or so. I have been dieting since September 2008 and my weight has gone up and down.:wave:

Sorry lubs. :D I'm laughing at the bit I highlighted in bold. I'm heavier than you by a long shot, so much so, I wont post just what I do weigh as it's too depressing in black and white. I just prefer posting what I lose. :D

I'm 5' 6" too and I'd settle for being 11 stone or so. :D

    Anyway, welcome to the madhouse.

lubs, I am 5' almost nothing and was twelve and a half stone - how plumptious is that! That must surely equate to your height and weight. I was a little tub of lard. And now I'm ordinary - not slim and gorgeous, just invisible. Just the way I like it. (And, for your information, I was a splitting-the-seams size 16 - at 5 foot and a teeny bit! So your 5' 6" and 16-18 is not too bad at all - especially as you're on the way down.)

Look at Shykins, Ted, Tinkerbell and all the others who post on here.

    You CAN do it.
