I was watching an old 'You are what you eat' last night & the lady on there had awful PMT (snap!!) - Dr. Gillian suggested she was lacking in essential fatty acids. I'm going to look into that as I have a rotten time with PMT. Not sure what foods have EFA? I'm assuming things like salmon/other fish?
Anyway, hope you feel better soon & have a [strike]bottle[/strike] glass of wine if you want one!!

hi sweety the best source of EFA is cavair lidl do it and i think were allowed it on atkins
