drink more water, avoid dairy, nuts, artificial sweetener, protein bars and shakes, eat 5-7 sml meals per day rather than bigger meals, eat your lightest meal for dinner, change your exercise regime.
Our bodies quickly cotton on to our intensions, apparently and they need to have variety and challenge re. exercise. It seems the adage, muscles have memory, is true. Besides...how much more are you looking to lose?
about 10 - 14 lbs
exercise has changed pretty recently as im running now which ive not done before - on top of all my classes
dont eat protein bars or shakes and have stopped the nuts
now just watching the diary and splenda
however i have to say - doing all this sounds extreme to me and its not a woe i could manage
i can only do diets that dont seem like diets - lifes to short for deprivation imo
maybe i just dont want it that badly....:j MFi3 wannabee :j

Hmm will have to try the S&V peanuts as my weekly treat:T
Buy Tesco Organic peanuts....49p for 100g bag....5.4g carbs per bag, lowest I've found so far. There's hardly any salt in them so you can then get an Atkins bar of chocolate, melt it and mix it with the peanuts to make your own chocolate peanuts.
Weather's cold today girls isn't it?

Yeah I agree. That's why I only do mine 80% of the time. If I couldn't eat another potato or piece of pasta, EVER, that would be just tooo depressing and a binge would be imminent! :rotfl: This way I can have the odd "naughty" 2 days a wk and it's sufficient. I'm a part-timer....
Probably most of you know it, but came across lowcarbdiets.about.com
Got some good inspiration for recipes there. Will have to try. :j0 -

OMG what a fantastic idea! Thanks Aliasjo:T :T
Might try peanuts with my Aldi 80% choc which I've got in the cupboard.
Choc peanuts, I really miss them so might make this my weekly treat...and if I have to actually 'make' them then I won't eat too many........0 -
Yay! I've done a recipe! :rotfl:Herman - MP for all!0

fee there are a number of different plans, if u look at what people are eating u will see some of it doesnt fit in with what atkins would allow and that could be cos they are doing a different type of lowcarb plan
they are not all that different except some are more lenient than others,, atkins is harder for the first 2 weeks bascially then they settle down to be more similar

Hey, just got home to find "Rose Elliot's The Vegetarian Low-Carb Diet" on my doormat
Mum's threatening to come round soon so I'd better read it quick...
A fasting day for me today, so just soya milk (I never drink as much tea at work - takes too long to make). Tonight I've got another pole dancing lesson, so I'll have a light tea of spinach salad with smoked tofu and olives before I go.
Weight seems very static at the moment, which is fine - but after my next birthday is over I'm going to have to kick start again. Thing is, not sure I can be any much more low-carb (depending what this book says), so might have to do another little fad diet - I know they're not supposed to be recommended but it's done the trick every other time I've started stalling!Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0
