Sorry.
Just pleased to find a fellow greedy guts.
I finished my 3 boxes of 5 lol....and I've promised myself I wont buy them again.
It's almost as if there's something in them that makes you crave them more once you've eaten one. Mmmmm.....maybe that's an Atkins marketing ploy.
Or maybe I'm just a greedy pig.Herman - MP for all!0 -
Aw Tink, sorry you (and your friends) are not having a great time right now. If your friend is the active type he's going to have a hard time adjusting to this I would think. It's going to be difficult for all. I wish you all strength.
That's the worst part - he is the most active person I know. He's not handling it at all well. He's been sedated to stop him getting angry and potentially doing himself even more damage0 -
I can't even begin to imagine what it must be like to cope with something like this, Tink. The physical aspect is bad enough but the body is more easier looked after or healed than the mind is imo. It's so sad.Herman - MP for all!0

Hello lovelies
Just a quick sazzy - heaps to do this morning:rolleyes:
Tinks - that's very sad news about your friend. I am keeping you all in my thoughts today. 'T8' is the 8th thoracic spinal vertebra - about halfway down the back. Make sure you look after yourself too xx
I need to get on but I will check back in later.
Much love to all and have a good day,

Good morning everyone :hello:
Tink, good to see you back but very sorry to hear about your friend. Hard times ahead for all concerned.
My menu for today
B - blues/rasps & cream
L - boiled egg salad + last bowl of HM veg soup
D - not sure, too late to get anything out of the freezer so will nip to Co-op later
[STRIKE]Will[/STRIKE] might have some S&V peanuts later :whistle:0 -

My way is Atkins0 -
Hello everybody...this is my first visit here, I'm usually to be found on the craft threads and what a surprise I got, I had no idea this was all going on!
I've tried the Atkins before but usually only manage a couple of weeks because I get so bored with eating the same foods over and over but I see now there's more variety than I first thought.
It will take me some time to read through all your posts from the beginning, but I'll try because I know I'll pick up some great information and already your weight losses to date are inspiring me to start.
Breakfast was always hard for me because I've always eaten tea and toast....is there somewhere I can find a list of brekkie ideas?
Last question,(for now! lol) is there a soup that is suitable in the induction stages?
Thanks all.....x
so please press my :T thanks :Tbutton x

I loathe and detest breakfast but someone will be along shortly with some ideas for you.
And I can't eat soup without proper bread (drool, drool) so I can't help you there either.
Fat lot of use I am, but welcome anyway!0
