You DO have control over how you react :)

hi ethansmum and welcome.. sorry i missed sying that last post duuuh

ok mercy i will gently nag u slap that will work lol

pilly the rules (as far as atkins are concerned) are approx 3oz hard cheese and 3 spoons of cream a day, some people are more sensitive to dairy then others so find they need to tweak that done the nearer they get to goal... we are all differnt and whilst some can have dairy, sweeteners or nuts there are others of us who cant so if u have problems with a stall its best to look at playing with one of these

OK, I'll play with my nuts then LOL
  • Cheers Shykins. Am not consuming that much so can relax now!

Well, listened to Dr Johnson saying that it's only fructose that causes weight gain, other carbs are all OK - that's his hypothesis anyway. And typically I've just bought in a bottle of agave nectar which is 100% fructose! Was an interesting interview anyway.
He is, however, (like Loren "Paleo" Cordain) of the "high fat and protein is bad for you" school of thought. This is disconcerting as i have a tendancy to believe anyone who has the title "Dr" in front of their name, yet all they do is contradict one another! Leads to further confusion.........
