u are not doing anything wrong daisy stop beating yourself up... u said u had relaxes with the exercise and have now stepped it up, it could be muscle it could be water retention as well so just carry on it will happen ... if it doesnt in another month be will put our collective minds to seeing what else could possibly causing the problem

Bit of a funny day today, been doing housework (totally against my religion) so been grabbing things whenever I felt hungry:
- scrambled eggs
- coconut porridge
- plum
- flax and mozzerella bread thingy
- almond microwave cake
- smoked tofu and feta salad
Lots of green tea in between! And I am going to treat myself to a Guinness tonight because I'm feeling a little low on iron... plus my reward for making things so organised
Weight is flectuating as normal, but that needle is definitelt hovering closer to the 11 stone mark... can't wait to finally say I'm "10 stone something"!Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -

I really want a glass (or 6!) of wine.
I think I've just been royally ripped off on ebay and I'm fizzing. It appears at the moment, that my Magic Bullet is non existant and the seller took the money and run.
Except he didnt run very far cos he's still selling!
I'm just not meant to have flipping flax bread!Herman - MP for all!0 -
Hi lovely people!
S'bin cold today, in Bolton we only had 1.5 inches or so this am so roads were clear on way to work. Bin men didn't do their stuff so bit unhappy about leaving it out again tonite as some strange one keeps going through the bins. They can help themselves to my frosted cat poo if they've a mind
today
B - sausie n 2 piggies
L - HM curry, the one with the turnip, v nice
D - gammon eggs and mushrooms
snacks - probably some choc dessert
As sticking firmly low carb without alcohol, nuts or sugar didn't help much last week I treated myself to a mulled wine. May have another
Have added to the list - nutbread and another pancake recipe. Think it's best to save the page / post number as I am happy to add so will alter with time.
We are to expect at least a severe frost but likely more snow tomorrow, in sunny Bolton so getting an early night.
Wrap up hunnies! Or run around outside. S'mazin how much warmer you feel when you come back in
Big love

If you get no joy from communicating with the seller, open an 'item not received' dispute. That'l get their attention and ebay generally side with the buyer so you'll at least get your money backIf it was it a paypal transaction, anyway.
Best o luck honey!

Saz - glad you 2 are home safe, lovely pic, btw.
I know what you mean about the cold tempting you. I've had visions of mash all day! And I've not ad a spud (barring chips when nowt else available) more than 4 times in the last 12 months.
It's amazing what a little red wine topped up with very hot water can do for your cravings. Suddenly you are warm and low carb doesn't seem so bad
At least you can snuggle down together and hibernate, if only for 10 hrs at a time
Mwah! You lucky people!
