I might actually pick up a copy of that, out of interest and to get new tips... Mum I'm sure you'll borrow it on your next visit
No problem. If I didn't ramble on so long, people might pick up on the interesting bits from the midst of drivel.
 Note to self: shorter posts.
 Anyway, today's menu:
 B: none
L: cheese and spinach omelette roast pork, teeny bit of stuffing, broccoli and leek cheese made with Cheddar, Parmesan and mozzarella (can you tell I'm using up stuff from the fridge?), cabbage; strawberry jelly, strawberries, cream. roast pork, teeny bit of stuffing, broccoli and leek cheese made with Cheddar, Parmesan and mozzarella (can you tell I'm using up stuff from the fridge?), cabbage; strawberry jelly, strawberries, cream.
Oh, goodness, weigh day tomorrow . Really don't think I've lost any - too much booze this week.
I'm doing well with my meal-planning, in order to economise. My theory is that the fewer times I go to the supermarket, the less I spend overall. I must get into the habit of doing one big shop (with perhaps a top-up of vegetables midweek) rather than just going whenever.
 Ramble, drivel, ramble, drivel...0

Mercy I love you! Thank v much for your hard work there! :T
I usually start reading through the thread again in an effort to find something particular....then I get fed up and go eat peanuts. :rotfl:
Weigh in day again girls and guys?
I've lost 3 lbs this week. Yay! That's 17lbs in total. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be going from my boobs. I tried on smaller bras I had and they are still too small, so lord knows which bits it's coming off.
It's -1 where we are just now but no snow much to my daughter's disgust.
Anyway, have a good day and take care if the weather is bad where you are.Herman - MP for all! 0 0

Daisy dont get disheartened. It's swings and roundabouts.....one bad week doesn't matter in the whole scheme of things. It's no biggie although I understand how you feel.
Try to forget about it and look ahead to next week.
Btw...if you are exercising a lot, you might be building muscle...which weighs more than fat. I remember the bloke in our sports centre telling me that I should not weigh, I should only measure if I was exercising a lot. That might account for it?Herman - MP for all! 0 0
