    Girls are gonna love the way I toss my hair. Boys are gonna hate the way I seem.

    I would rather drown with you than watch the surf with someone else

    Flipping eck took ages to trek to work in the snow this morning - must have used up loads of calories today:rolleyes:

    Well, when I fall of the wagon I do it big style...I've not had a single naughty thing since I officially started low carbing on 1st Jan, then went out Friday night and had 5 Southern comforts and coke:o Did dance loads so prob worked that off :rotfl:
    Then went to Chester for the weekend in the De Vere hotels cheapy promotion and ended up scoffing half a big bag jelly babies, half a tube of pringles and a big bag of maltesers on saturday:eek: :eek: :eek:

    I was good yesterday tho so just considering it a small(!) blip and get back to it.

    Well done anyone who's lost weight, and just keep at it Daisy - it's prob the exercise building your muscles up.
    Thanks Mercy for the recipe list:A

    today -
    B - fired egg, ham and tomatoes
    L - salad with feta cheese and mayonnaise
    D - lamb in the slow cooker (yum) with some veggies
  • Was working nights on the weekend so didn't post my menus;

    Saturday;

    B- scrambled egg and mushrooms
    L- none as was in bed:D
    S- Chicken, leek, beansprouts, cabbage and mushrooms with a spicy salsa sauce wrapped up in savoury Pancakes (fajitas):)

    On night shift;
    coronation chicken and bacon wrapped in cabbage leaves and some left overs from my supper:)

    Sunday;
    B- none as I was tucked up in my bed:D
    L- scramble egg and mushrooms
    S- Beef, cabbage, cauli and broc with cheese sauce.

    It is usually my weighing day today but the battery has gone in my scales:eek:
    I have got a new battery now but I'm not going to weigh now as I've eaten and drunk loads:rolleyes: . However, I did have a sneeky peek at the end of last week and at least the weight is going in the right direction now;)

    P.S. No snow in Cardiff yet:j
    If you think nobody cares whether you're alive or dead, try missing a couple of mortgage payments.:whistle:

    Still a thick blanket here. If I could work out how to use Photobucket (but I can't :D) I'd post a pic of my back garden.

  • Daisy- At risk of being parrot-like, it will be muscle. Unless you have some of those posh scales that break down the number, you're better off getting the tape measure out or go by your clothes. But weight is just a number after all.

    Mercy- BIG THANKS!:T
