Daisy, so frustrating
Well done, aliasojo, on your loss
Mercy, fantastic work on the recipes - what a star you are!
I've not lost any this week, but I didn't expect to. I'm going to be extra good this week.
The snow is incredible here - I've not seen it like this for years and it's still snowing. The dogs are fascinated and just want to go outside and play in it. My DDs are happy as their school is closed!
Have a good day, everyone, and take care if you need to drive anywhere.0 -
Hi all!
Great sympathy with those who have not lost. ! have regained 1lb. poo.
Cut out all alcohol this week til saturday then only a couple of voddies - no mixer. Drank a bathful of water and cut out all nuts. V tempted to break out the chocs but didn't.
Glad you like the list, I've got a copy on word so can always be reproducedIt was a great distraction from lack of weight loss.
It's not exercise wots dun it neither:eek:
Never mind. Means I need to look at portion control but can go back on nuts so not all bad. Shape change seems to be here to stay :j

David Mendosa whose a diabetic low carber has a useful blog on Low Carb sandwiches today. If you don't like his SOY wraps as a substitute, then you may find the flax meal flatbread recipe suggested in the comments worth trying.
I've been just putting sandwich fillings in a tupperware container and eating that with a spoon. Lettuce bacon tomato egg cheese etc with a bit of oil/vinegar are fine and I usually take a low carb soup as well but I will give the flaxmeal flatbreads a trial to see if that makes a good container for my salad sandwich fillings. My weight loss following Doktor Dahlqvist' Dietary Program

lol at least she'd be low carb i guess, so long as you omit the carrot nose:D
And can I just say that I walked into Pret a Manger, after our mammoth trek getting into work this morning, half frozen and feeling fully justified, and I picked up a chocolate brownie, walked up to the till........................................... put it back and walked out:o And I don't think I'm entirely out of the woods yet, either lol. So long as I don't move from my desk I'll be alright. But we'll probably need a Mars bar for the journey home lol:D.......... assuming we get home! xxxx4 May 20100 -
