[ I've been to "gentlemen's clubs" and chatted to the girls there (Mum don't read this bit!) about training / auditioning etc, but they all did lap-dancing as well and although it wasn't mentioned I got the impression things could go further.

Sure, Daisy. I'll forcibly overdose you with chocolate. What a way to go!0 -

It appears edible, however, so will report back after taste test.........:T0 -
* McDonald's. WHY do I do these things??newish2this wrote: »...... I meant to exercise, but forgot:rolleyes:
I love you all for being so honest. You make me feel normal. :rotfl:
Well I had a better day yesterday. Tried to think about other things, argued with a few people in DT (always good for raising the blood pressure and burning off more cals, lol) sorted out my budget (again!) and generally tried to stay away from sesame crackers, Atkins bars and food websites. I even ironed!
I think it worked better for me. :undecided Problem is I hate being left out so I'm drawn back to see what you're all getting up to.Badger_Lady wrote: »Poledancing lessons! So much funI picked it up "like a natural" apparently,.........
Brilliant!
I think I'd have to 'tree dance' maybe......dont think a pole could cope right now. :rotfl:
Anyway, have a good one folks....see you all later.Herman - MP for all!0 -

Good morning ladies and gents,
I woke up this morning feeling really energised, I think my body is finally adjusting.
Yesterdays menu:
B: Baconx3 Eggsx2 sausage and tomato.
L: Ham and cheese roll ups, couple of small clementinesCajun chicken with cauli cheese and ratatouille type effort: chopped toms, pepper, mushrooms.
S: couple of chunks of 85% chocolate and the last of my muller lights.
I did sin a little yesterday, as I've mentioned before, over the past few years I have drank quite heavily, and so my social life/circle tends to revolve around the local pub. So when meeting up with a few friends after work, I really couldnt stomach more water, so had a glass of red wine. Its got to be infinately better than beer, and I am sure I saw a post from Ted about the drinking mans diet! I really must trawl back through and find it!
Also I am becoming a bit of a serial weigher! I weighed my self again yesterday, and had lost 3 lbs since Monday! I realise that my weight will flucturate, so Im not getting too excited.
Keep it going everyone! It would be interesting to know just how many pounds in total this thread has helped to shed!
TTFNI can't read, and I can't write, but that don't really matter, 'cos I come from the Isle of Wight and I can drive me tractor.0 -
Morning all
Bloody miserable here again. Wish the rain would stop.
Potty, well done on having one glass of red wine instead of several pints of beer. You should be proud of yourself for that alone.
I've been able to wear my wedding ring again recently (my hands are half the size they were four months ago) and now I can actually get my engagement ring on too! :j:j:j
Have a good day, everyone.0 -
Wow, HC! It's weird the places you lose it, isn't it? I've had to move my ring onto a different finger tooMortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0

hi all - still been going strong and so has the head - although it is getting better as the days go on.
Weigh day for me and another 2lbs down.
Question time again - am taking DD to football tomorrow night and apart from the fact I'm gonna be freezing my bits off I need some snack ideas please (she will be taking the usual of sweets, crisps and a sandwich oh and a flask of soup - have the feeling she thinks were gonna get stranded somewhere!lol)0
