Oh no!! I would much prefer the colourful salad stuff to the green!! I hate the smell of cucumber, never mind the taste!! I didn't know about avoiding peppers, tomatoes, onion & fruit etc. so that's interesting. My favourites as well!!
Not sure what I will do, but I suspect I will still eat them as I'm more likely to stick with not eating bread, pasta etc. if I'm eating something I like. I realise I might not lose as much weight though!! Aaaaggghhh!!

You'll probably be fine. Lots of people lose weight on low-carb without doing it hard-core. However, if you're eating carby fruit and veg, you won't go into ketosis, which makes losing weight easier and suppresses your appetite. Ketosis doesn't really matter - just makes the whole process a bit more painless!0

Lol...just to add...dogs seems to LOVE the smell of ketosis breath. :rotfl:
I had a hard time last night....I was flipping starving! The previous day I didn't eat enough and so it had a knock on effect for yesterday and I was hungrier than usual. Dont ask me how many sugar free jellies I ate last night.
I'm going to make sure I eat 'properly' today so that doesn't happen again.
Off to have a cheese omelette shortly.
Good luck for today guys!Herman - MP for all!0 -

Me too....AND I'm not fond of tomatoes, cherry or otherwise.
However it's amazing how your tastes change a bit and you start to find things you previously avoided, as really quite palatable after a while.

She believes in fat
I like the quote The food industry decide what advice we receive. They can go over corpses to get their money, "she says, and compares with the arms industry.
The doctor who like fat
Both these are Google translate versions of newspaper articles about a meeting Dr Annika Dahl Qvists gave in Sandvick.
I wish we had someone doing this in the UK.My weight loss following Doktor Dahlqvist' Dietary Program
