how about rhubard for brekkie instead of apple? much lower in carbs

    x

Great idea for rhubarb - the reason I did stewed apple this morning is that it's the only breakfast I can get my daughter to eat on a morning!! However, she does love rhubarb crumble so will probably like just stewed rhubarb as well - thank you!!:T
PS. Funny how you typed rhubard by mistake - I always do that when I'm writing it down!!:rotfl:

Well I've just had corned beef mush again for tea tonight.....and I've come to the conclusion I actually dont like it. :rotfl:

I'm very fond of cauli though so I must try that pizza thing, not done it yet.

Got some more sugar free jellies setting in the fridge as I type.

Also very fond of Nobby's Nuts. :D I know I'm not supposed to but the lime and something or other almonds are only 3g of carb for 50g of nuts and they last me for a while if I nibble at them like a hamster whilst I'm watching tv.
