Will try the choc cake monday I think, sounds great! Thanks for posting Tink.

You don't have any control over what life throws at you.
You DO have control over how you react :)

    Hi lovelies :hello:

Me and Gilly having a chilled-out sunday. Late brunch of sausages, bacon amd h/m coleslaw yum:D Off to my folks soon to help install their new broadband and then listen to chelsea beat man u lol well we can all dream!

Can't remember what we had yesterday foodwise. Oh yes, late brekkie was a pick at sliced cheese, ham sort of thing and then some yummy roast pork and celeriac champ for dinner.

Supps wise, we take a spoonful of high strength omega 3 every day, plus a hi strength multi vit/min and a mega dose of D3 lol that's about all we can cope with.

Aurora - look after yourself today, you've had a lot to cope with. Listen to your body and have what you feel you need xx

Vik - nice to see you posting again:)

Have a lovely day everyone

    Much love,

  • No, I don't take anything yet but I am planning on taking some multivits, fibresure, omega 3, vit d and calcium with magnesium. But what minimum dose do people take and where is the best place to buy them. They are so expensive:(
If you think nobody cares whether you're alive or dead, try missing a couple of mortgage payments.

    My way is Atkins;)

i buy most of it from healthydirect.co.uk

you get 25% back though quidco and there are always voucher codes floating around.

i couldn't do this way of eating without supplements _pale_
  • 2 psyllium husk capsules per day - to avoid constipation
2 fish oil capsules (1000mg each) - because it's just good for you
2 chromium tablets - helps to stabilise blood sugar and convert fat (not muscle) to energy
1 Q10 (100mg) - to make me feel more awake
1 multivit without iron (very important) - to cover deficiencies while not eating fruit
1 Vitamin b tablet - not sure why but the IPD says i must.
1 high strength vitamin c - to stave off winter colds

"Do not attempt to embark upon our diet without being armed with the above. Seriously. It won't feel good."

    Sorted.

    £30

Didn't get the last two because of multivit

IPD is clear that you need the vit b - i don't always take vit c, but with all the colds and flu about at the moment................

the vit b does make your pee bright yellow though! ;)
