 Hi lovelies :hello:
Me and Gilly having a chilled-out sunday. Late brunch of sausages, bacon amd h/m coleslaw yum:D Off to my folks soon to help install their new broadband and then listen to chelsea beat man u lol well we can all dream!
Can't remember what we had yesterday foodwise. Oh yes, late brekkie was a pick at sliced cheese, ham sort of thing and then some yummy roast pork and celeriac champ for dinner.
Supps wise, we take a spoonful of high strength omega 3 every day, plus a hi strength multi vit/min and a mega dose of D3 lol that's about all we can cope with.
Aurora - look after yourself today, you've had a lot to cope with. Listen to your body and have what you feel you need xx
Vik - nice to see you posting again:)
Have a lovely day everyone

No, I don't take anything yet but I am planning on taking some multivits, fibresure, omega 3, vit d and calcium with magnesium. But what minimum dose do people take and where is the best place to buy them. They are so expensive:( If you think nobody cares whether you're alive or dead, try missing a couple of mortgage payments. They are so expensive:( If you think nobody cares whether you're alive or dead, try missing a couple of mortgage payments.
My way is Atkins 0 0
