hc... it wasnt the kids it was 2 seperated parents arguing over access, some sense was needed ,, lol like i talk sense!!!... anyways i eat my oopsies as a sort of roll so just use as u woudl a bread roll, tho there are lots of variations and u can even make some puds and as i said earlier i did see a doughnut oopsie
bear in mind those of u doing atkins induction that alot of the recipes include almond flour and thats not until u get onto OWL
i use a potato ricer for the cauli as it gets all the water out before it starts ricing.. u can also fry the cauli rice ala egg fried rice
brunch... egg, sausage, mushroom, bacon
dinner... 2 oopsie cheese and tomato rolls
xIf you think nobody cares whether you're alive or dead, try missing a couple of mortgage payments.
My way is Atkins0 -
ohh my gosh i forgot the tomato count,, put it down to stress

I can't imagine oopsies as buns with burgers, but maybe I'm making them wrong.
I'll certainly post the moussaka recipe (tomorrow) - I previously did on this thread a while ago, but have tweaked it since then, so I'll give you the original and my version, and you can make whichever you prefer.
Ah, I see, Shykins. More complicated than I thought...0 -

Me too! Thanks for the link.0 -
I can't imagine doing anything with them!
Am I right in thinking that this recipe is the original Atkins Diet Revolution ('registered trademark', if I remember correctly) roll from the 70s (showing my age now)?
They are crisp and light, yet pretty tasteless. I've got used to 'real food' again, and these taste inspid; their texture is their only saving grace. I know these come under the heading of 'real food' but they taste of nothing!0 -
no its slightly differnt then the original rev roll as it has more cream cheese in it, i leave mine to dry out overnight and they are more bready then... they dont really have a taste but are more used as vehicle for other stuff which to be fair is the same as that crappy white bread we all used to eat!!
saz if u are reading a crueller pan is a bit like a deep muffiin pan with a bit stuck up in the middle so u get a hole... hope that makes sense, if not google angel food cake pan

True enough! My oopsies are so flat though. Unless I'm doing something wrong.0
