Sounds good to me
I wouldn't worry about eating too many at first as you will probably cut down after a while when you get a little stalled of so many eggs..
But, yeah, sounds great to meBSC Member 155

thanks it just feels naughty if you know what i mean, being able to have cheese, full fat mayo etc on a diet,so i guess i just need reasurance that im doing it right:rolleyes: i know how it works and have to put my faith in the diet, hopefully will have some good results when i jump on the scales next friday determined not to weigh myself before thendont wait for your boat to come in, get in a dingy and row out to it!!!0

I'm the same!
I just had some cherries with cream.. was so yummy!
It's hard not eating carbs, just for the fact that planning a meal is more difficult.. I tend to snack on little bits of meat and cheese more than have a main lunch meal.
Altho, i'm not a major cheese and fried food person, so I guess that's the part where I struggle slightly. I'm not even a massive meat fan, but I think this is the best way to diet.BSC Member 155

What I feel is really naughty is a bowl of strawberries or raspberries or blackcurrants with lots of lovely double cream. It's so nice being able to make a pig of yourself without feeling any guilt whatsoever, after all it's slimming and it's on the eating plan.
I ran out of frying tomatoes this morning for my breakfast and tried a few courgette slices fried with the bacon and eggs. Not really thought of other veggies for breakfast but I'll do it again as I liked it for a change. My weight loss following Doktor Dahlqvist' Dietary Program

- I think I know what I'm having for dessert tonight!:D But I do also want to make the coleslaw that I didnt get to make last night on account of those late unwanted 'guests' lol
You could try frying some sliced peppers or mushrooms with your breakfast Ted, or in combination with tomatoes and/or courgettes...
Had an unexpected bonus at lunchtime - I was on my way to buy a salad (didnt have time to make one last night for reasons previously outlined:rolleyes: ) But then I noticed that a new branch of Itsu was opening near my office and they were handing out free food! I managed to bag myself a free salad of seared line-caught yellow fin tuna with green beans and herb salad! It was delicious. And better still completely free! :money: Who says there's no such thing as a free lunch?:D

wayover 40 here too netty so u wont be the oldest by a long way.. please bear in mind what i said about the atkins site in an earlier post
fridge raiders are ok but not a snack to be used all the time cos i am sure they contain some nasties but for a standby it would be hard to get anything else lower in carbs.... agree about the chinese ones <shudder> but tikka and roast ones are ok
lol about the cream ted, my friend stood there watching me lick the cream lid and said if i hadnt seen u lose weight i would never believe it worked
gg i plan exactly the same meals. i just take out the high carb item and replace it with more veg or salad... u will get used to the mind changeWhen you know better you do better0 -
