    Hi Sazbo

Had a really good day with my daughter and had salad for lunch and then chicken and bacon salad in the evening.

I had intended to have a packed salad from M and S but when I looked at the carb count of them all - I put them back!

DD won't hear for a couple of days about the interview so keeping everything crossed for her!

hey vik nice to see u :).... lost almost half my body weight too, great aint it lol

lol saz glad u havent had to resort to eating the builder hehe

not sure sod the diet just cos u are on holiday is a good idea, suppose it depends on how much u have to lose and how much u want to lose it

hi shykins :) re holiday, i reckon i'll probably see how i feel nearer the time... i mean, i wouldnt have gone mad on a carb binge or anything like that:D lol, more that if i really felt like something nice as a treat then i would have it and not beat myself up about, if you see wot i mean? i really see this lo carb thing as a lifestyle change for the long term, rather than to lose x amount of weight in x weeks, if that makes sense? so maybe the odd treat while i'm away for a week and then back on track after that:)

How was your meal out? I bet it was delish!

    Hi

I am going to start low carbing after Cambridge dieting for a few months. I did Atkins after my 1st daughter and lost 3 stone then slowly gained it before and after 2nd daughter in 06. No more babies now :rotfl: I am 4 stone lighter thru Cambridge but would like food now please !

Are you all Atkins ing ??

    K xx

    Welcome Krasnoludek! :D

We're doing a variety of low carb plans here, some Atkins, some others - I think G-G has listed them in a previous post. But all are welcome:)

    Saz x

EDIT: Here is the list from G-G's post [thanks G-G:)]

Others on the thread are doing Atkins - http://67.210.103.30/atkins/atkins-nutritional-approach.php

    & Also Idiot Proof Diet - http://www.pig2twig.co.uk/

All very similar, low carb, high protein. Makes compelling reading aswell
