G-G - thought you might like to know I popped out at lunchtime and bought carrot and cabbage to make some coleslaw :T And I also got some of those Scandanavian bran crispbreads - so gonna give those a whirl too!:D

Yay! I'm a coleslaw addict now!

I went out for lunch and had salmon salad, it came with coleslaw..! and berry cheesecake.. the crumb I shouldn't have had, but there was loads of cheese inside, so that was nice :) It was the best thing I could see apart from proper cakes and stuff..

Not sure what i'm having for dinner, loads of stuff in the fridge, so I will have to have a look :A

I wouldn't have touched the cheesecake - it was probably loaded with sugar in each level

I would drink LOADS of water today and tomorrow, and avoid all fruit and carrots for a couple of days to try and get rid of the sugar :/

Yeah, I feel a little silly having it to be honest.. :(

But, on the plus side, it wasn't sweet like I would have expected, so i'm hoping that meant not too much sugar.. still shouldn't have had it, but I don't go out for lunch often, so hopefully it won't happen again.

Might pop to the gym this evening and try and burn some off..

I have a yummy baked low-carb cheesecake recipe - it uses almond flour and butter for the base, and then creamcheese and eggs for the filling. it's DIVINE  I'll find the recipe for you sometime ;)

I've been to 2 weddings this year and both times I took my own food because I knew the food wouldn't be suitable. It's not easy, but if you're prepared you can usually work something out.

I've lost another pound, making that 4lb since Monday! Whilst I'm over the moon I am wondering if this is normal as Ted-H says he only managed to lose 2.5lbs a week. That would suit me better as it seems a stead pace to lose the weight. Do I need to eat a bit more do you think? I'm not peeing as much now so I don't think this is water loss any more. I'm 5ft, female, small frame and 12st 1lb as of tday. I eat 3 meals per day. Typical day menu -
    Breakfast - eggs or bacon
Lunch -Tuna mayo and salad or coleslaw
    Tea -Some Protein and veg
”Pour yourself a drink, (tea for me now)
    Put on some lipstick
    and pull yourself together”
