Be warned, fellow low carbers, that the garlic bread recipe doesn't half fill you up!

(And it looks just like a victoria sandwich but without jam!)

That doesn't sound very much food, Shykins. I look like a terrible pig compared with you.

    Here is mine:

    B: none :o
L: green salad with corned beef, hard-boiled egg, avocado and Caesar dressing (yes, I know it's an odd combination :p)
D: fried cabbage and bacon, sausages, mustard

Tuesday is my weigh day and I've lost only a pound this week - which is what I expected, as last Tuesday I'd had no dinner the night before (except for rather a lot of wine :o:o:o) and the scales showed a 4lb loss. 2lb of that was no doubt due to an empty stomach and dehydration. But it brings my total loss to 17lb.

From today I'm going to be really brave. I'm not going to count carbs and calories at all, just eat as I have been for the last six weeks, and see how I go. If I don't lose, it's back to counting.

I tried on a pair of trousers the other day that I haven't worn for about two months. Last time I put them on they were skintight, and the seams were in mortal danger every time I sat down. This time, however, I could easily get a whole hand in between the waistband and my tummy, and they were loose around my thighs and botty. It was lovely!

Apologies for my long posts. (I'm well known for my endless emails too! :o)

  • Day 1 of IPD induction again for me so I'll be logging my food slightly more religiously than usual.

    Breakfast: 2 veggie sausage muffins
Lunch: Leek quiche with green salad
Dinner: [STRIKE]Tuna steak with stir fry[/STRIKE]Whoopsie king prawn curry with cauliflower rice
    Snacks: Couple of mini cheeses

Going to restrict myself to 1 small coffee per day (in place of the 2 buckets of creamy coffee I've been having :o) so higher levels of water and fruit tea.

No change to my usual supplements - just going to make sure I take them with breakfast rather than supper :o

    Good morning my lovelies :hello:

Today's going to be hard for me, so if you can, I need you all to send me good vibes please:o Tonight I have to attend a long service awards dinner at this flash restaurant in London, because I've been with the company for 10 years:o My boss has to make a speech about me and then I go up to accept the award in front of everyone and have my picture taken:o *sigh* I hate things like that at the best of times - I've been sick with nerves for two weeks:o

Gilly badger has been an absolute godsend bolstering my confidence this morning, so I'm feeling a lot better now, but I just want to get it over with. Lol I was so panic-struck I can't even remember what's on the menu for tonight... I think the main is lamb and something and potatoes... I'll leave the potatoes... can't promise the same for the wine tho...:o Although saying that, after our stricter regime the last two weeks I am back down to my lowest again - so I don't want to undo all that progress.

Not sure what Ive got for lunch today coz lovely gilly made it for me - but I reckon it'll be some yummy combo of salad, h/m coleslaw and cold meat. Oh, and tinks - I think we're seeing results again after cutting back on the dairy so I hope it works for you too.

Anyway, you see HC - you've got nothing on me when it comes to long posts!:)

Have a great day everyone and sorry for whingeing:o

    Much love,
    Sazzy xxxxxxx
